24th Birthday

A bunch of friends gathered for the 24th birthday of mine. More photos to share later Great gratitude to my family for all these years, my friends for always being there and sticking around and love ones who care for and remember me. I’m grateful to everything and to the fact that I’m having a good heart that appreciates any single existence and a pair of eyes to view the beauty that the world has given.

Reminiscences

Today, it rains and rains and still raining. Sitting on the couch recalling my childhood in a small villiage of Pursat. The 5th grade was the most fun and eventful. I remember having had around 40 classmates who were not just a normal kids. They were not mad, though…Don’t take me wrong :D. Well,  they were all so mature, intelligent, sneaky, kind, disobedient and funny. I love them all… I miss them and now that I’m a big girl staying far far away from our town, I wonder what they are doing. How big they become? Do their faces change? Are they married? Having kids? And do they remember me still???

In developed countries, school kids have alumni which in a particular of time, for instant, 5 years, 10 years or 20 years later they’re all going to get together again in a party which allows them to get to know what their friends have been up to. Yet, my old poor school in the country, I don’t even have any picture of my classroom, classmate or teacher.

I still have hope that one day we may come across one another somewhere again in this life since the world is not that big…

Try me – James Brown

New Job

This is my 2nd part-time job. Well, I never did waitressing before that I was a little clumsy the first day. Fortunately, I got a patient and gentle boss who is well educated and never blames though I’m not good. Besides working, sometimes we have a little chit-chat about this and that. He’s such a successful young man from whom I’ve got to learn a big deal.

Since started working, I learn how hard it is to earn a penny. You cannot imagine how rough I spent money a couple years ago. I never have such a lot of money when in Cambodia that I don’t know how to manage to use wisely the allowance I’ve received. Thanks to part-time job, I’ve become more thoughtful in using money- wiser in handling budget.

It`s not just about money; well, it does feel soooo great earning from your own self. Yet, there’s something more…it’s fun to try many things, you know. I was born to challenge.

Really happy that I can work at week-end to earn some small money while studying

3333 steps, here I climbed!

I said it and I did it! It was amazing to thrive until you reach your goal and it feels so gooodddd…. I think once or more you guys used to experience this kind of feeling, didn’t you?

But after that… one complete whole week facing lower limbs’ pain. Sitting, standing, walking… oh dear… especially climbing up and going down the stairs; just like hell…hahaha

When a Man Loves a Woman

Last Friday evening, while in a DVD store finding some movies to watch, I found this one- “ when a man loves a woman” out of thousands. Here I decided to pick it up for a try.

I love the song by Michael Bolton ever since the first moment I encountered it several years ago. And tonight, I eventually watched the movie. It’s a tear-jerking one; a story of an alcoholic woman with husband as a pilot and two little daughters. The movie is meaningful and just as amazing as the song.

What is the biggest achievement for which I am dreaming?

To be rich?

To be good architect?

To be something helpful to human kind?

To travel all the countries around the world?

With sufficient analyses of introspection, thoughts and considerations-here below it written:

I’m born with a bless, hale and healthy; to a family which is not rich but having what most people yearning for-a competent and thoughtful head of the family; a heart that appreciate all the beauty in the universe; a moderate intelligence; a curiosity mind; ability and confidence to stand against what is not desirable…

I have been leading a happy life!!! Yea… I really have done that. So what else that I want more?! And for what?

Then, I realized that I already achieved the ultimate dream!

It is “ To Have Been Born a life as a Human” .

With this life, I passed through many events and situations and will be able to do  much more as longer as I’m alive. Now and then I experience what I liked and sometimes I didn’t but all of them are the factors that allowed me to send this satisfactory life. Yes, I have been through many things.

Isn’t this amazing? Isn’t it fun? to be able challenge yourself in this world?

I jumped to a conclusion that I will do what I myself want to and which made what I am, for living this life that I possess.

All in all, these are just PERSONALl. I wish I can live long as to see the beauty and experience more things in this wonderful world.

I hope you, my friends and the rest can enjoy of your life to the utmost as long as you live. You are the captain of your own boat, thus ride it with anything YOU wish to and with FUN.

So far, I have found my REAL dream. What about you?

A Brief Update About Chan

Being a 4th grade scholar of bachelor degree(hopefully, this is the last year of my staying in Japan)

Belonging to Western architectural lab(still have no idea whether or not I should work on any topic relating to that)

New academic year will start in April, 9th

Something wrong with cell phone that all the data gone(anyone who has my phone number, please send me yours)

Accidentally broke PC adapter(no PC for at least 1 week)

Will be 24 years old by this June, 21st(from a girl to a woman)
